Project Management

NEPTUNE MANAGEMENT has the experience and expertise to offer you project management services (PMP Certification) .  We can collaborate and get involved in the process of initiating, planning, executing, controlling and closing a project. Following an analysis of your needs, we'll be able to establish together our involvement to ensure the success of your project.

Main roles


  • Provide project management expertise to accompany, guide and support the various project stakeholders. 


  • Apply best project management practices and methodologies.


  • Implement the best processes and tools to deliver a project within scope, budget and allocated resources, schedule and expected quality, while ensuring risk management.


  • Ensure good communication with the various internal and external stakeholders and monitor progress on a daily basis in order to achieve objectives.


  • Provide progress reports and ensure compliance with project management plans.


  • Work closely with management and provide recommendations related to the mandate.

    

  • Establish and clearly define project requirements (deliverables), detailed schedule and scope.


  • Determine resource and budget requirements.


  • Identify and plan to prevent risks and establish project governance.


  • Participate in identifying action plans to manage change when there are modifications or delays impacting scope of work, budgets, content, schedule or quality of deliverable.


  • Implement means to foster communication between team members and their mobilization.


  • Communicate with management, organizational executives, suppliers and other stakeholders.


  • Participate, lead and hold start-up, follow-up and post-mortem meetings with the project team.

  

  • Ensure and facilitate handover to operations.


  • Facilitate and complete post-mortems and other relevant project documentation.
